Insomnia
What is "insomnia"?
Insomnia is a sleep disorder characterized by difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting restful sleep. It can result in daytime fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and weakened performance at work or school. Insomnia can be caused by various factors, including stress, anxiety, depression, medical conditions, medications, or poor sleep habits. Treatment may involve addressing underlying issues, such as managing stress or treating medical conditions, as well as practicing good sleep habits, such as maintaining a consistent sleep schedule and creating a relaxing bedtime routine.
