What is a "bronco"?

A bronco is a wild or unbroken horse, typically of the western United States, which has not yet been trained to be ridden. These horses are known for their strength, speed, and unpredictability, which can make them difficult to handle. Broncos are often used in rodeos and other Western-style competitions, where skilled riders attempt to stay on the horse for as long as possible. In recent years, some groups have raised concerns about the treatment of broncos in rodeos, arguing that the events can be cruel and stressful for the animals.
