What is "malaise"?
Malaise is a general feeling of discomfort, illness, or lack of well-being that can be a sign of an underlying health issue. People experiencing malaise may feel tired, weak, or have a vague sense of unease, often without a clear cause. It can accompany many conditions, such as infections, chronic diseases, or stress.
