What is a "wing"?
In a theater, a wing is the area to the side of the stage, out of view of the audience. Wings are used to store scenery, props, and costumes, and they provide space for actors to wait and prepare before entering the stage. They allow for smooth transitions and backstage activities without interrupting the performance.
