Guts is a fast-paced sport typically played with a single frisbee, where two players stand on opposite sides of a line or boundary and take turns throwing the frisbee to each other. The goal is to throw the frisbee in such a way that the opponent cannot catch it, either by making it too difficult to reach or by throwing it out of bounds. If a player fails to catch the frisbee, the opponent scores a point. The game continues until a set number of points is reached, and the player with the most points wins.
