Foods that are naturally gluten-free include fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, poultry, dairy products, legumes, nuts, seeds, and gluten-free grains such as rice, corn, and quinoa. While necessary for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, there is no evidence to suggest that a gluten-free diet provides health benefits for individuals without these conditions.
