What is "paddleboarding"?
Paddleboarding is a water activity where a person stands on a large, stable board and uses a long paddle to move across the water. The person stands upright, holding the paddle with both hands, and uses it to push the water and steer the board. Paddleboarding can be done on calm lakes, rivers, or oceans and is enjoyed for recreation, exercise, or exploring nature. It requires balance and coordination, as the person must stay steady on the board while paddling. Paddleboarding can also be done sitting or kneeling if standing is too challenging.
