What is a "green belt"?
A green belt is an intermediate level in many martial arts, representing the student's progress after the yellow or orange belt and before the blue belt. Earning a green belt indicates that the student has a good grasp of the basic techniques and is starting to refine their skills and build strength and confidence. At this stage, the student is usually expanding their knowledge and preparing for more advanced training. The green belt symbolizes growth and advancement in the martial art, as the student continues to work toward higher ranks.
