What is "kleptomania"?
Kleptomania is a mental health disorder characterized by repeated impulses to steal items that are not needed for personal use or for their value. Unlike typical stealing, individuals with kleptomania may steal items they do not need or want, often feeling shame, guilt, or regret afterward.
