An opposite hitter is a player in volleyball who plays on the right side of the court, opposite the setter. This player is usually strong in both attacking and blocking, helping the team by hitting the ball hard from the front row and defending against the opposing team's attacks. The opposite hitter is also often one of the primary scorers, using their skills to attack from different angles and contribute to the team's offense.
