What is a "boiler"?
A boiler is a large appliance that heats water or produces steam for heating, hot water, or other uses in a building. It works by heating water or other fluids in a closed system, and the heated liquid is then circulated through pipes or radiators to provide warmth. Boilers can be powered by various energy sources, including gas, electricity, oil, or wood. They are commonly used in homes, businesses, and factories to regulate indoor temperatures and provide hot water for daily activities like bathing and cooking. Boilers come in different sizes and types depending on their use and the space they need to heat.

The safety mechanism will trip if the pressure in the boiler exceeds the specified limit.
Extreme pressure can cause a boiler to rupture, posing a significant safety risk.
