What is "Mensch"?

Mensch is a popular German board game, also known as "Mensch ärgere Dich nicht," which means "Man, don't get angry." It is a simple race game played with a board that has a path and four colored pieces for each player, usually up to four players. The goal is to move all of your pieces from the starting area to the home area before the other players do. Players take turns rolling a die and moving their pieces forward along the path. If a player's piece lands on a square occupied by an opponent's piece, the opponent's piece is sent back to the start. The game ends when a player successfully gets all their pieces to the home area. It is a game of luck and strategy, often leading to fun moments of surprise and frustration.
