Cuff
What is a "cuff"?
A cuff is a fabric extension or band that encircles the wrist or ankle, found in various clothing items such as shirts, blouses, jackets, and pants. Typically, cuffs are made from the same fabric as the garment, folded back, and sewn in place, but they can also be made from different materials and be detachable. Cuffs can serve both practical and decorative purposes, providing a secure fit to prevent sleeves from slipping, and adding visual interest to clothing. They come in a variety of styles, including buttoned, pleated, and turned-back, and can be adjusted to different widths to accommodate personal preferences.
