a language that has been evolved from a mixture of a European and a local language, spoken as a mother tongue
What is a "creole"?
A creole is a stable, fully developed natural language that arises from the mixing of two or more languages, often in contexts such as colonization or trade. Creoles typically emerge when speakers of different languages need to communicate and create a new language that incorporates elements from each of their original languages. Unlike pidgins, which are simpler and used for limited communication, creoles are complete languages with their own grammar and vocabulary, and they become native languages for the communities that speak them. Creoles reflect the cultural and historical influences of the languages from which they are derived.
