What is a "backhand grip"?
A backhand grip is a way of holding the racquet in various racquet sports, such as tennis, badminton, and squash, to perform a backhand shot. In these sports, the backhand grip allows the player to hit the ball or shuttlecock on the opposite side of their dominant hand. Typically, the non-dominant hand is placed higher on the handle, with the dominant hand holding the lower part.
