What is "jjapaguri"?
Jjapaguri, also known as Chapaguri, is a popular Korean dish made by combining two different types of instant noodles: Jjapaghetti and Neoguri. Jjapaghetti is a black bean noodle that is chewy and slightly sweet, while Neoguri is a spicy seafood-flavored noodle. The dish is typically prepared by boiling both noodles separately, then mixing them together with a savory sauce made from a combination of soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and other seasonings.
