Acrostic

a puzzle where you fill a square grid with words reading the same down as across

a poem or other piece of writing in which certain letters of each line, usually the initial letters, spell out a word or phrase

Examples

1. I'm looking forward to some acrostic poems.

2. "I hope you like this poem, an acrostic poem."

3. There are five chapters and four of the chapters are acrostic poems.
