What is a "sack race"?
A sack race is a fun outdoor game where players jump to the finish line while inside a large sack. Each player steps into the sack, holding it around their waist, and when the race begins, they jump forward toward the goal. The challenge is to move quickly while staying inside the sack and avoiding falling over. The first player to cross the finish line wins the race. Sack races are often played at picnics, school events, and sports days, encouraging physical activity, balance, and coordination in a playful and competitive way.
