What is a "reamer"?
A reamer is a kitchen tool used for extracting juice from citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, or limes. It typically consists of a pointed, cone-shaped head with ridges or teeth. To use a reamer, you cut the citrus fruit in half and then press the pointed end of the reamer into the flesh, twisting and rotating it to extract the juice while leaving the seeds and pulp behind.
