What is "Chutes and Ladders"?
Chutes and Ladders is a simple board game for children, where players move along a numbered grid, trying to reach the final square. The game uses dice to determine how many spaces a player moves on each turn. The board has ladders and chutes; if a player lands on a ladder, they climb up to a higher numbered space, while landing on a chute sends them sliding down to a lower numbered space. The goal is to be the first to reach the last square, typically number 100. The game is based purely on luck, as there is no strategy involved.
