Fistball is a team sport played on a rectangular court with two teams of five players each. The objective is to score points by hitting a ball over a net and into the opponent's side of the court, using only the fists or forearms. Players can pass the ball to teammates using these methods, and the ball must not touch the ground on their side of the court. Teams have up to three hits to return the ball. The game is fast and requires good teamwork, timing, and ball control. The team with the most points at the end of the game wins.
