Stud poker is a type of poker where players are dealt a combination of face-up and face-down cards over several rounds of betting. Unlike community card games where players share common cards, in stud poker, each player receives their own individual cards. In each of the following rounds, players receive one additional card, face up, until they have a total of seven cards.
