diyeta para sa sugat, diet ng ulcer
What is an "ulcer diet"?
An ulcer diet is designed to help manage and heal stomach ulcers by avoiding foods that irritate the stomach lining and by including foods that promote healing. This diet typically excludes spicy foods, acidic foods, like citrus and tomatoes, caffeinated beverages, alcohol, and fatty or fried foods, as these can make ulcer symptoms worse. Instead, it emphasizes bland, easy-to-digest foods such as lean meats, fish, eggs, dairy products, whole grains, and non-citrus fruits and vegetables. Foods rich in fiber, such as oats and beans, are also beneficial as they can help protect the stomach lining. It is also important to eat smaller, more frequent meals and to avoid eating late at night.
