Who is a "dealer"?

A dealer is the player responsible for distributing the cards to all players at the start of a card game. The dealer usually shuffles the deck before dealing and ensures that each player receives the correct number of cards, based on the rules of the game being played. In many games, the role of the dealer rotates among the players, so each player has a chance to deal. In some cases, the dealer may also have additional responsibilities, such as managing the betting or handling certain aspects of the game's flow.
