What is a "zorse"?

A zorse is a hybrid animal that is created by breeding a zebra and a horse. They inherit physical traits from both parents, with a distinctive striped coat that resembles that of a zebra, and the body shape and temperament of a horse. Zorses are typically larger than a zonkey, standing between 14 and 16 hands tall and weighing up to 1,000 pounds. They are known for their strength and endurance and can excel in a variety of equestrian disciplines, including dressage and jumping. Zorses are often bred in zoological facilities as part of conservation efforts to help protect endangered species of zebras. While they are unique and interesting animals, they can be challenging to breed and raise and are not commonly kept as pets.
